HiOptel Announces the Opening of its North American Office in Silicon Valley

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA: HiOptel, a leading supplier of data center optical modules, today announced the opening of its first office in North America. The office is located in San Jose California, the heart of silicon valley, in order to serve its customers more directly. This move is part of an expansion plan to provide local support and distribution within the United States and Canada. Customers will have access to local support and sales for superior customer experiences.
HiOptel’s office is located less than one mile from the Mineta San Jose International Airport in the heart of silicon valley. This office will support sales and technical service as well as customer inventory management. The office also includes a small lab to assist customers with module programming and customization.

HiOptel is a multinational optical transceiver manufacturer providing transceivers from 1G to 400G. Products are manufactured in HiOptel’s Malaysia factory and receive the Malaysia Country of Origin designation. The company was first established in 1999 and has offices in Shenzhen, Malaysian and USA.
